Customer service is our primary goal! Our dedicated, on-site service department recruits only the very best people in the industry to service your boat with any repairs, service, or pampering it may need. We specialize and are certified in servicing Volvo, Suzuki, and Mercury engines.
We offer boaters with authorized warranty repairs and regular services right in our shop. For an additional fee our service team can come directly to your dock or marina using our REMOTE MOBILE DOCKSIDE SERVICE (see zone pricing below).
Our Mobile dockside service trucks can take the hassle out of loading your boat and returning it to the dealership with us coming to your dock or marina. Although always keep in mind, the most efficient way to get your boat serviced or repaired is to bring your boat to our shop. Boats brought to the shop for service work have a much faster turn around time than boats that have to be picked up & taken back to the owner’s dock.
Our Service Department is available to consult with all customers to find the most efficient and cost effective way to service your boat.

Marine Sales now offers three Storage Options including Climate Control Boat Storage. Space is available at reasonable rates for boats up to 27 feet.

Marine Sales Service Department prides itself as being the largest Remote MOBILE Marine Service and parts department in the Pickwick Lake area. That means our team for a fee will come to your home or dock to service your boat (see zone fees below). We have five highly qualified technicians who specialize and are certified in servicing Volvo, Suzuki, and Mercury engines. Marine Sales also offers a full line of factory-authorized marine motor parts.

Again keep in mind, the most efficient way to get your boat serviced or repaired is to bring it to our shop. If you want to avoid future Remote Mobile Dockside Service fees, our salesmen can assist you in a purchase of a trailer. Call our sales team to discuss trailer availability at 731-689-3700.
KNOW YOUR ZONE: REMOTE MOBILE DOCKSIDE SERVICE
Each trip to diagnose & repair your boat will require a service truck fee PER TRIP based on the Zone Location (See Map).
Service calls to a house or dock require two technicians due to liability risk and safety concerns. The rate for the service techs to TRAVEL is $50/hour per tech. Our techs track their time & this will appear on the service call portion of the Repair Order ticket.
Once the service tech begins to diagnose and work on the boat at your location or our shop, the regular shop labor rate of $140/hour will apply.

PLEASE NOTE:
Unforeseen things such as flat tires, dead batteries, no keys, no power to the tram or boat lift or incorrect gate codes will add to the techs’ time of getting your boat to the shop. These things can also result in additional charges.
Warranty DOES NOT cover getting your boat to the service shop and back to your house or dock after the warranty work is completed. Marine Sales nor the boat manufacturer offer the initial break-in services for free.
Marine Sales of Pickwick DOES NOT rent or loan out trailers to our customers. We do, however, have salesmen that can help you purchase a trailer if you would like one.
Marine Sales does not provide a towing service for boats on the lake. We suggest you contact Tow Boat US to get coverage purchased if this need arises.
